The thirty-day window

Every order carries a thirty-day return window at the partner storefront. Lowering it back takes three moves:

1. Open the order on your storefront account and choose the return
2. Box the tool in anything that survives a jack — the original carton is ideal, not mandatory
3. Hand it to the carrier; the refund releases once the first scan lands

After thirty days — the protection plan

Jacks carry a two-year protection plan through the same storefront. A ram that weeps, a valve that will not hold a height, a weld you do not like the look of — the warranty desk takes all of it with your order number as the ticket.
