Rolling your way
A jack starts earning its keep the moment it leaves the dock. Here is the trip, stroke by stroke.
Stroke one — the handoff
The buy button passes you to the partner storefront, and your order number is born there. From that second the storefront runs the race: its checkout shows the exact delivery promise for your street before you commit a dollar.
Stroke two — the warehouse
Most TONDA orders are picked and sealed within a day. Heavy freight is our normal: a 3-ton jack travels in a double-walled carton with the handle broken down, while pads, terminals and wrenches ride padded mailers that fit a mailbox.
Stroke three — your driveway
One to three days on most US doors. Tracking, carrier notes and the 'where is my box' button all live on your storefront order page — it updates faster than any inbox ever will.
If a carton arrives looking like it lost an argument with a forklift, photograph it before opening and head straight to the returns lane — the next page over.
